Role: Contract Business Analyst
This is an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity with the prospect of extension.
Location: London, UK.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 10 years’ experience designing and delivering new customer support operating models and processes for SaaS solutions. It is critical that you have a proven track record gathering requirements and user stories for teams of software developers and having been involved in reviewing, testing and documenting the new processes and workflows built as a result.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future state operating model for the customer support processes.
- Document user stories and testing acceptance criteria for all customer support processes.
- Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure alignment in the development and testing of all customer support functionality.
- Produce training guides for customer support team
