Works across the business using advanced technical expertise to capture business requirements for changes to systems and processes, translating to systems requirements.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing and developing comprehensive understanding of existing business processes and supporting systems functionality and data.
- Identifying opportunities for and promotes the benefits of process simplification, technology enhancements and operating model changes across the business
- Supporting target operating model design changes.
- Actively nurturing business relationships with key subject matter experts across engines and group partners.
- Contributing to the capture of business requirements in a clear and concise manner using standard methods and templates.
- Coordinating the mapping of as-is and to-be business process flows.
- Providing technical expertise and support to translate business requirements into clear functional systems requirements.
- Convincing business and technology stakeholders to find more efficient and simpler solutions to support business process improvements and agility.
- Providing technical expertise and external perspective of best practice and/or innovation from other sectors to support and drive business solutions and improvements.
- Managing and influences key/senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrating thought leadership and drives best practice on business analysis across the group.
- Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
- Oracle Fusion.
- Process mapping.
- Process enhancement and automation.
- Setting an internal control environment.
You’ll also have:
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including Visio.
- Experience of working in a finance environment.
